In the newly redesigned Arvenstube we serve an alpine cuisine that brings the landscapes of the Engadin and the Valtellina onto the plate: pure, harmonious and refined with a deep affection for the region.

Our wine list follows the rivers that shape our regions. From the young Rhine to the Inn and down into the Valtellina, the wines tell the stories of their valleys: varied, alive and marked by alpine terroir.
